Ruby Tuesday India

We have been at House Number 747 in Chakkarpur for a good while now. It is right in the middle of DLF Phase 4 in Gurgaon, so you can imagine it gets pretty hectic around here. We are not in a fancy office building or anything like that. It is more like a converted space that we use to get things done. Some mornings, the traffic outside is so loud it is hard to hear yourself think, but that is just life in this part of Haryana. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area or checking the stock. It is a lot of physical work and not very glamorous. Sometimes the floors get a bit muddy when it rains because the road outside is not paved perfectly. We just mop it up and keep going. Our team is just a handful of local people who have been working together for years. We do not have a big corporate manual or anything. We just know what needs to be done each day. Whether it is prepping food or cleaning the counters, we just do it. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it serves its purpose. We like being in Chakkarpur because it feels like a real neighborhood. We see the same people every day. It is a practical setup for us, and we are not trying to be anything we are not. We just focus on the work in front of us.
