R.K.H.S operates out of B-38 in the Jublee Apartments. We’re situated in Sector 15, Part 2, right here in Gurgaon. It’s more of a residential-feeling area, which we quite like. It keeps things a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs in Haryana. We’ve been working from this spot for a long time. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of tea and coffee. We don't go for that high-pressure office environment. It’s more about getting the tasks done at a steady pace. Sometimes we have visitors, but usually, it’s just the team doing their thing. We handle various tasks that come our way, mostly stuff that requires a bit of focus and patience. Being in Jublee Apartments means we know the security guards and the neighbors. It feels like a community. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and try to do it right the first time. If there’s a mistake, we fix it and move on. That’s how we’ve always done it. It’s a small operation but it works for us. Gurgaon is a fast city, but in Sector 15, we try to keep a more manageable pace. It’s better for everyone’s nerves that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing what needs to be done. It's been working out well so far for the whole team here.
