Reservation Data Maintenance

We sit here in Multani Dhanda, which is a pretty crowded part of Pahar Ganj. It's noisy outside most of the day because of the markets and people moving around. We’ve been at this address, 10074/1, for a while now. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and fixing data for reservations. It’s not the most exciting work, but it needs to be done right so people don't have issues later on. Sometimes the internet slows down or the power goes out, which is just part of living in New Delhi. Our office isn't anything fancy. We have some desks, old chairs, and a lot of cables everywhere. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the lists and entries. Pahar Ganj has a lot of energy, and you can smell the food from the stalls nearby around lunchtime. We usually just grab something quick from the corner and get back to it. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking numbers. People often ask what exactly data maintenance is, and we just tell them we keep things organized. If the records aren't clean, everything else falls apart. We try to be careful with the details. It's just a few of us here making sure the bookings and information stay up to date. The building is a bit older, so we deal with the usual repairs and maintenance issues. We’re just a regular group of people working hard in the heart of the city.
