Our office is a straightforward space. We do not have any of those fancy glass walls or expensive art that you see in real estate brochures. It is mostly just us, some maps of the area, and a lot of phone calls. Dealing with property in Gurgaon means things are always changing, and we try to keep up from our desks here. Some days it is very busy with people dropping by, and other days it is just us catching up on paperwork. The office is not huge, so we all know what everyone else is working on. We have been at this B-20 address for a while now. The building is okay, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you are carrying a lot of files. We are not big on fancy mission statements.
