Regus Buisness Centre

So, we are over here at Sector-8 in New Delhi, specifically at house number 875. It’s a Type-3 place, which most people around here know means it’s part of the government residential area. Mr. Dipak Tripathi is the one who handles things here at the Regus Business Centre. It isn’t some fancy glass building you see in those big business parks in Noida or Gurgaon. It’s just a regular house where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the mail gets a bit mixed up because there are so many similar looking houses in this block, but we manage somehow. Living and working in Sector-8 has its own rhythm. The mornings are usually quiet until the school buses start rolling through, and then it gets a bit lively. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s convenient because the market isn't too far if we need to grab some snacks or extra pens. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’re basically walking into a home that we’ve turned into our workspace. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is here at once, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Delhi weather can be a bit much, especially in the summer when the AC has to run all day, but that’s just how it is. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just us, the desks, and the daily grind.
