We are based up in Dehradun, over in Uttaranchal. It’s a beautiful part of the country, though we spend most of our time inside working. Our operation is pretty simple. We handle various services under the Redearth name, and we’ve been doing it from this area for a good while. We don’t have a massive corporate headquarters; it’s more of a local setup where everyone knows each other’s names. The weather here can be a bit unpredictable, which sometimes affects how we get things done, but we manage. We aren't big on empty talk or polished presentations. We just focus on the tasks at hand, whether that’s paperwork or coordinating with people across the region. Dehradun has a specific pace to it, and we try to match that. It’s not as fast as the big metros, but it’s steady. Our team is small and we’ve been together long enough that we don’t need a lot of instructions. We just know what needs doing each day. We see a lot of people passing through this part of India, and it’s always interesting to hear their stories. At the end of the day, we’re just a local business trying to be reliable and stay busy. We like the quiet life here and the honest work we do. It isn't always perfect, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we try to fix them quickly. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in the mountains.
