About Rdm (Lufthansa Bak Office) – Tourism in Gurgaon
We have been working out of House No. 285 in Pocket-II, Paschim Puri for quite some time now. It is just a regular house that we converted into a workspace to handle the back-office tasks for Rdm and the Lufthansa side of things. It is not the kind of place that has a big glass front or a fancy lobby. Most of our day is spent sitting at desks, going through spreadsheets, and making sure all the paperwork is filed correctly. The neighborhood here is pretty quiet during the mornings, though it picks up in the afternoon with people coming and going. We have a small team of about six people who live around here. We don't really have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most days, you’ll just find us in casual clothes, drinking tea and trying to get through the pile of emails. The office itself is a bit cluttered with folders and old computer parts. We have a small kitchen in the back where we heat up our lunches and chat about whatever is on the news. It is a very simple way of working. We don't interact with the public much, so we just focus on the data entry and the logistics that keep the bigger operations moving. It is steady work, and we’ve grown to like the routine of being in Paschim Puri. It’s not glamorous, but it is our base and it works for us.
