Sudershan Park is one of those places where everyone knows everyone. Our spot at A-157 is just a regular building in the middle of it all. Moti Nagar can get a bit loud with the rickshaws and the people walking to the market, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We started Rdm India with just a couple of rooms and it hasn't changed much. The walls could use a new coat of paint, maybe a light blue or just plain white again. We have a small area for the files and a couple of tables where we sit with our laptops. It's nothing special to look at from the outside, just a gate and some stairs. We mostly focus on getting our work done without making a big fuss. In the winter, it gets quite chilly inside so we all wear our heavy sweaters while we type away. The chai wallah around the corner knows exactly how much sugar we like. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you just walk in and someone will be there to talk. It's a practical way to run things in Delhi. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big leather chairs or fancy lights. We just stay busy with our daily tasks at A-157 and head home when the evening rush starts. It is a long commute for some of us but we enjoy the work here.
