Rao Air Travels

Our little spot for Rao Air Travels is right here in Rz54 Sanik Enclave, Jharodha Kalan. If you know Najafgarh, you know it gets pretty crowded around here. We have been operating out of this space for a bit, mostly helping neighbors and people from around the area get their flight tickets sorted. It isn't a massive travel agency with neon signs or anything like that. It is just a room with a couple of computers and a printer that sometimes jams when we are in a hurry. Usually, someone is sitting on the plastic chairs waiting for a printout of their visa or a web check-in. We spend a lot of time looking at screens, trying to find a flight that isn't too expensive for someone going to see family. The traffic outside on the main road is always loud, but we have the fan going inside. People drop by just to ask about prices or to see if they need a passport renewal. We do not have a fancy website that does everything; we prefer just talking to people face to face. Sometimes it gets hectic when everyone wants to travel during the holidays, and the phone does not stop ringing. We just keep a notebook of who needs what and call them back when we find something good. It is just us here, making sure folks get where they need to go without too much trouble in the middle of all the local noise.
