Ranbaxy Laboratory Ltd

We are based over in Sector-18, Sarahaul, right near the big research center in Gurgaon. This area is mostly industrial and office buildings. Working at Ranbaxy Laboratory Ltd means being in a place that feels very functional. There aren't many frills here. The walls are plain, and the floors are that hard, easy-to-clean material. We have a lot of labs and storage areas nearby. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon, especially in the mornings when all the shifts are starting. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open, but we usually keep them shut because of the dust. We have a cafeteria where most of us sit and have tea during the breaks. The atmosphere is pretty serious because of the nature of the work. People are usually wearing lab coats or carrying files around. We don't have any of those modern office things like bean bags or game rooms. It’s just a place for work. We’ve been in this sector for a long time, so we know the local chai walas and the rickshaw drivers pretty well. It’s a bit of a grey environment, but we get used to it. Every day is pretty much the same—come in, do the testing or the paperwork, and head home when the sun goes down. The security guards at the gate know us all by name since we’ve been coming here so long. It is a very practical way to spend the day.
