Ranbanka Palace (A Heritage Hotel), Circuit House, Jodhpur

Our office for the Ranbanka Palace management is actually located at 77 Indra Colony in Shahganj, Agra. It’s a bit confusing for some people because the name mentions Jodhpur, but this is where we handle the day-to-day business side of things. Agra is a busy city, and Indra Colony is a typical neighborhood with lots of houses and small shops. Our building is easy to find if you know the Shahganj area. We have a landline, 0562-2211797, that rings quite a lot during the day. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in papers and folders. We handle a lot of the heritage hotel coordination from right here in Uttar Pradesh. The rooms are a bit dark, so we have to keep the lights on even during the day. It gets very hot in Agra during the summer months, and our old air conditioner struggles to keep up sometimes. We have a few people who have been with us for years, so we all know each other’s families. It’s more like a small family business than anything else. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we all eat our lunch together at the main table. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the accounts, but we don't mind too much. It’s just how we operate here in Agra. We try to keep things simple and honest without any of that big city polish. We've been in this colony for ages now.
