Ramada

This is the Ramada over in Udaipur. We are situated at the Grand Laxmi Vilas Palace Hotel. You should ask for Mr. S.P. Chakraborty if you are looking for our specific section. Rajasthan is a beautiful place, and Udaipur is right in the heart of it. Our location is quite something, given the history of the palace. But inside our workspace, it’s just us doing the daily grind. We deal with guests, paperwork, and the general running of things. It’s a lot of walking back and forth. The building is old and has a lot of character, which is nice, but it also means things need fixing more often than they would in a new place. We don't have a fancy corporate handbook that we follow to the letter. We just try to be helpful to anyone who comes in. The heat in the summer can be tough, but the thick walls of the palace help a bit. We’ve been part of this setup for quite some time. It’s a unique place to work, even if the work itself is mostly routine stuff like checking lists and making calls. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the day goes smoothly and the guests are sorted out. It’s a busy life here in Udaipur, and we are just one part of it. We take pride in just getting through the day without too many hiccups.
