If you’re ever in the Metropolitan Mall in Gurgaon, that’s where you’ll find Rajdhani Restaurant. We are part of Encore Hotels Pvt Ltd. Being in a mall means there’s never a dull moment. There are always people walking by and music playing from other shops. It’s a very different vibe than a standalone building. We’ve got our space set up to handle the crowds. It’s a lot of work keeping things running smoothly when the mall gets packed on weekends. We have a bunch of people working in the kitchen and out front. Most of us have worked in other restaurants before, but we like it here. It’s a bit of a rush during lunch and dinner times. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on the tables and making sure everyone gets what they need. The mall environment is convenient for us since everything is right there. We don't have a big corporate office; our work happens right there in the restaurant area. It’s honest, busy work. We’ve become a bit of a fixture in the Metropolitan Mall over time. It’s just us doing our jobs in a busy corner of Haryana. When the mall shuts down at night, it’s finally quiet, and we clean up for the next day. It’s a long day, but we’re used to it. We just keep things moving and wait for the morning.
