Our office is at M- 270 in New Delhi. It is a regular building in a residential block, not some big glass tower. We have been here at this Delhi address for quite a while now. Rajasthan Tours Pvt Ltd is the name we use. Inside, the walls are covered with some old maps and pictures of palaces and deserts. We have a few desks with computers that are mostly used for looking up train schedules and bus timings. The phone rings quite a bit with people asking about prices and how to get to Jaipur or Udaipur. We sit here drinking tea and talking to customers who walk in from the street. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just organize the brochures on the table. It isn’t a very big space, so when three or four people come in at once, it feels full. We don't have any fancy marketing people; it is just us answering the questions honestly. The Delhi heat can be tough, so we keep the fan going all day long. M- 270 is a simple place to find if you know the block. We don't promise anything crazy, we just help people figure out their trips. It is a basic operation, really. We handle the bookings and the paperwork and try to make sure we don't lose any documents. That is what we do every day.
