Our office is set up at Aravli Retret, just off Sohna Road in the Haryana part of Gurgaon. Being in the hospitality business means we are always thinking about food and making sure places are clean. It is a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but it is quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We have a lot of staff who are out at different sites, so the main office is often a bit empty during the day. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes hotels or guest houses run smoothly. It involves a lot of planning and checking on supplies. We have big charts on the walls to keep track of who is where. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a machine breaking down, and we just have to scramble to fix it. That is just the nature of this kind of work. We do not use any fancy talk about our philosophy. We just focus on getting the meals served and the rooms ready. Most of us have been in the service industry for a long time, so we know it can be a bit chaotic. We just take it one day at a time here off Sohna Road. It is hard work, but seeing things run well is enough for us. We are just a bunch of regular people trying to keep the hospitality side of things moving for our clients without any big fuss or drama.
