We are set up at 475/11 on Old Delhi Road, right in the Subhash Nagar area. It’s a lively part of town, always full of energy and people moving about. We’ve been trading from this spot for a while. The shop isn’t very big, but we manage to fit a lot into the space. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers and customers who come in from the main road. Subhash Nagar has a lot of small businesses like ours, so it feels like we are in good company. Old Delhi Road can be quite a challenge during rush hour, with all the cars and bikes, but it’s a good location because everyone knows where it is. We keep the shop open late most days to make sure we finish everything. It’s a lot of manual tracking of stock and writing out bills. We don't use much fancy tech; we prefer to keep things simple and direct. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with boxes stacked up, but we know where everything is. We have a few benches for people to sit if they have to wait, and we usually have a fan going because it gets pretty warm in the afternoons. It’s just us doing our best to provide what people are looking for without making it more complicated than it needs to be. We focus on the basics and that seems to work just fine for us.
