Our little spot is located at H.No-5 on Lane No-5 in Ashok Vihar. This is Part-3 of the area in Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the lanes here, but once you find Lane 5, we are right there at House Number 5. Pvr Ltd. is what’s on the paperwork, but to the neighbors, we’re just the folks working out of the house. It’s a simple building. We didn’t see the point in some big glass office in a mall. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a lot of papers, and some computers. We do our daily tasks here, whatever needs doing for the business. Sometimes the street gets crowded with cars, so parking can be a bit of a headache for visitors. We’ve been at this address for a good while. It’s a local feel, nothing like those polished offices you see in the city center. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn’t stop us from getting things done. We don’t really have a big team, just enough people to handle the load. Most days are pretty standard, just working through the files and talking to people on the phone. Ashok Vihar is a decent place to be based, away from the worst of the Gurgaon noise.
