Our spot is in Sushant Lok-1 at Block C-1/2817. Gurgaon is a busy place, and our corner here isn’t any different. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a standard building in a row of others. Most of us get here pretty early because the traffic in 122002 gets really bad after eight in the morning. We spend the day handling things for Princess Cruises. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to the United States. Since they are in a different time zone, some of us end up staying quite late to catch them. The air conditioning in the back room makes a weird rattling noise, but it keeps the place cool enough during the summer months. We don't really have any big posters or fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. There is a small tea stall just a short walk away where we go for breaks. The guy there knows exactly how we like our chai. It’s a simple routine. We come in, do the work, and head home when the job is done. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but the generator usually kicks in eventually. It’s just how things go in this part of town. We are just a group of people making sure things run right without any big corporate talk. Most days are fine as long as the internet stays up.
