Pizza Hut

This isn’t one of those bright red restaurants with the big signs you see at the malls. This is our local office at 68 H A in Bjs Colony, Jodhpur. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly just houses and a few small shops around us. We use this space to keep track of the local operations and make sure everything is running okay with the supplies and the staff schedules. It’s a pretty small room with a couple of desks pushed against the walls. We’ve got a lot of boxes stacked in the corner, mostly old uniforms and training manuals that we haven't found a better place for yet. The heat in Jodhpur can be really intense, so we usually have the cooler running full blast all day long. It makes a lot of noise, but it’s better than sweating while you’re trying to type. We don't get many visitors here because most people go straight to the outlets if they want pizza. It’s just a place for the behind-the-scenes work. We usually have a few motorbikes parked outside in the shade. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. We don't have any fancy posters or corporate decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and a clock that’s five minutes fast. It’s a basic setup for a small team to get things done without any extra flash or unnecessary costs.
