Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is at Sco-63, on the ground floor right behind the HP petrol pump in Sector-23A. Palam Vihar is a decent area, and being near the petrol pump makes it easy for people to find us when they are out running errands. The kitchen stays pretty warm, especially when the ovens are going full blast during the dinner rush. We have a small crew here, and most of us have been working together for a while. It is not a fancy dining setup, just a practical place where we make food and hand it out. You can hear the sounds of the street and the scooters pulling up for deliveries all day long. We don't spend time on big corporate talks; we just focus on the dough and the toppings. Sometimes the delivery bikes need repairs, or a customer is in a huge hurry, and we just deal with it as it comes. The floors get a bit sticky by the end of the night, but we clean them up before heading out. Gurgaon can be a fast-paced place, and Palam Vihar is no different. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly families from the neighborhood or people stopping by on their way home. It is a straightforward job. We make the pizzas, keep the place running, and try to stay out of the heat. It is what it is, and we just try to keep up with the orders as they come in.
