Pizza Hut

We spend our time making pizzas and getting orders ready for people who live nearby. It’s a fast-paced environment, especially on the weekends when everyone wants to order dinner at the same time. We aren't the corporate headquarters or anything like that; we are just the local branch trying to get the dough right and the toppings even. Our address is pretty easy to find if you are driving through Gurgaon 122001. We’ve had some good times and some stressful times in this building, depending on how busy the shift is. The staff here is mostly local people who know the streets well, which helps when we have to explain where we are located. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy speeches or meetings; we just focus on the orders on the screen. The air conditioning is usually working, which is a blessing because Gurgaon gets incredibly hot in the middle of the year. We just keep doing what we do every day, making sure the ovens are hot and the boxes are stacked up ready for the next customer who walks through the door or calls us up.
