Pizza Hut (Gamma Pizzakraft Pvt. Ltd.)

Our place is located at A/50A in Vivek Vihar, specifically in Phase II of the Delhi 110095 area. You probably know us as the Pizza Hut, though on the papers it says Gamma Pizzakraft Pvt. Ltd. We are right there on the corner mostly, dealing with the daily rush of hungry people. The kitchen stays pretty warm because of the ovens, but we are used to it by now. Vivek Vihar is a lively neighborhood, and we see a lot of families coming in, especially on the weekends. It can get quite loud with all the kids and the chatter, but it’s a good kind of noise. We spend a lot of our time prepping the dough and chopping up vegetables before the lunch crowd starts arriving. The address is quite easy to find once you get into Phase II. We have been here long enough that most of the delivery drivers don't even need a map anymore. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit muddy, but we try to keep the entrance clean for everyone. We don't have a big fancy office; it's mostly just the counter and the kitchen area where the real work happens. It’s a straightforward business, making food and getting it out the door. We don't really go in for those long mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, put on our aprons, and start the day. The oven stays on for quite a while.
