Pinnacle E-Services

Pinnacle E-Services actually operates from two different spots, which keeps us pretty busy. One office is at House No-772 in Sector-9, Gurgaon, and the other is at House No-236 in Model Town, Dabra Road over in Hissar. Having two locations in Haryana means we are often talking over the phone or sending emails back and forth to keep everything synced up. The Gurgaon office is in a residential sector, so it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office building. We have computers set up in the main rooms, and there is always someone typing away. The Hissar office is similar, situated in Model Town, which is a well-known area there. We handle a lot of electronic services, so most of our work is done on the screen. It isn't a very flashy business. We don't have big signs or fancy lighting. It is just a bunch of us working in these houses, trying to make sure our clients are taken care of. Sometimes we have to travel between Gurgaon and Hissar, which can be a long drive depending on the traffic on the highway. We keep our files organized in metal cabinets and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It is a practical way to run a business, and being in these neighborhoods makes it feel more personal. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day like everyone else.
