We are over here at House Number 736 in Sarswati Vihar. It is on the first floor. This part of Gurgaon stays pretty busy most days but our street is a bit more tucked away. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people find us by looking for the landmarks around the Vihar. It is not a flashy office or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we get the work done. We spend a lot of time on the phones and checking things on the computers. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage. If you are walking up the stairs, it is the first door you see. We keep things pretty simple here. There is a tea stall nearby that we go to a lot when we need a break from the screens. It’s mostly just us trying to keep everything organized. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings coming up every month. But Sarswati Vihar still feels like the same old place to us. We don't really do the big corporate stuff. We just focus on the daily tasks. If you come by, you might see some files stacked up or a few half-empty coffee mugs on the desks. It is a real office where real work happens. Nothing more and nothing less. We just try to get through the day and make sure everything is sorted out correctly for the people we help.
