We are located over at 208 in DLF City. Even though the name Peirce & Lesile sounds a bit formal, we’re actually a pretty down-to-earth group. We deal with the more expensive side of travel, but that just means we have to spend more time on the phone making sure everything is exactly right. It’s a lot of pressure sometimes. The office is tidy, but it's not a showroom. We have stacks of itineraries everywhere. We spend most of our time double-checking things. When someone is spending a lot of money, they don't want mistakes, so we’re pretty meticulous about the small stuff. It’s just three or four of us here. We’ve been in DLF City for a bit now. It’s a busy area, but our office stays quiet enough to focus. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just talk to people about where they want to go and what they want to eat. We have some old connections with hotels that we’ve used for years. It’s more about the relationships than anything else. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If a problem comes up, we just talk it out across the desks. It’s a lot of emails and long-distance calls. We stay late quite often to talk to people in different time zones. Our desks are covered in sticky notes and half-empty water bottles. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door that tells people they’ve found the right room.
