Patamania

Patamania is basically run out of Arbinder Singh’s place, House No 228 on Street No 4. It’s in Main Shayam Park in Sahibabad, Gaziabad. It’s a residential street, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time except for the usual neighborhood sounds. It’s not a big company with a hundred employees. It’s more of a home-based thing where things are handled directly. The street is just a normal one in UP, with houses close together and neighbors who know everyone. We don’t have a big sign outside or a lobby. You just find the house number and that’s it. Working from here means things are a bit more flexible and less formal. We don't wear uniforms or have fixed lunch hours. If the work is there, we do it. Sahibabad can be a bit busy on the main roads, but once you turn into Shayam Park, it calms down. We have been here for a bit now. Most of the stuff we do is managed right from the desk in the front room. It’s practical and keeps the costs down, I guess. People around here are friendly, and it just feels like a regular part of the day. No big fancy offices or boardrooms, just a house where work happens. It’s honest and simple, and we like it that way because it’s manageable and real. It is just our way of getting things done without any extra fuss.
