Park Premier Hotel Gurgaon

It might seem a bit confusing, but even though the name says Gurgaon, we are actually handled through the Toshali Royal View Resort address up in Shimla. Specifically, we are out by Shilon Bagh on the road between Kufri and Chail, near Mundaghat. It is a beautiful area, very different from the heat of Gurgaon. Up here in Himachal, the air is cold and we often have to wear sweaters even when it is summer down in the plains. We handle a lot of the coordination for the Park Premier from this office. It is a quiet building tucked away in the hills. We spend our time on the phone or responding to emails, often looking out the window at the pine trees and the valley. It is a lot slower up here, and sometimes the mountain roads make it hard for things to reach us on time. We are not a big, slick operation with hundreds of staff in this particular office. It is just a few of us making sure the resort and the hotel operations are running okay. Sometimes the monkeys outside cause a bit of a stir and we have to close the windows. We just take it day by day. It is a long way from the busy streets of Gurgaon, but this is where the management happens. We focus on the daily logs and the guest lists without a lot of fuss. It is a peaceful place.
