Park Plaza

Our spot is on the second floor of J-133 in Sector-51. We’re right near Sohna Road in Mayfield Gardens, which is a pretty good location in Gurgaon. Park Plaza is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a decent office, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up again. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly focusing on making sure guests have what they need. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to apologize for things that are out of our control, like the traffic or the weather. We aren’t trying to sound like a big fancy corporation. We’re just a group of people who know how to run a hospitality business. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking the booking systems. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small break room and talk about everything except work. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even when things get a bit hectic. Sector-51 is growing fast, so there’s always something new being built nearby. We like the energy of the area. We just keep doing our thing, day after day. We aren't looking for awards or anything. We just want to make sure the doors stay open and the guests are satisfied with their stay. It’s a straightforward job that keeps us on our toes. We just take it as it comes.
