Park Plaza Gurgaon

Our office is situated at 53/2 Rajpur Road, right in the Christian Colony area of Dehradun. Even though the name says Gurgaon, we do a lot of the administrative and support work from right here in the hills. The building is an older one, like many in this part of Dehradun, and it has a lot of character. We have a small garden in the front where we sometimes take our tea breaks when the weather is nice. Inside, it’s pretty simple. We’ve got desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with guest records and invoices. It’s a lot quieter here than it is in Gurgaon, which we all appreciate. The air is fresher, and it’s a much more relaxed way to work. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one near the gate so people know they’re in the right place. Sometimes the monkeys come down from the trees and cause a bit of trouble on the roof, but that’s just part of living in Dehradun. We are a small group of people, and we’ve been working together for a long time, so we’re more like a family than coworkers. We don't follow any strict corporate rules about how we dress or where we sit. We just focus on getting the work done so the hotel in Gurgaon can run smoothly without any glitches.
