We are located right on the first floor of the Somijoy Shangh building in Sikanderpur. If you know the area in Gurgaon, you know it stays pretty busy all through the week. Rampal Yadav is the person we deal with for the space here. It’s not one of those massive corporate towers you see near Cyber Hub, but it works for what we need to do for Pantaloon Retail. The stairs are a bit narrow and the air conditioning hums quite a bit when it's really hot outside in June. We spend our mornings checking the lists and making sure the stock is where it should be. Most of us take our lunch breaks together near the window that looks out over the main road. You can see the traffic piling up from there. It’s a simple setup with basic desks and some shelves for our files. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just some calendars and a few notices pinned up. The floor is easy to clean which is good because the dust from the street gets in no matter how much we shut the doors. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the locals recognize us. It’s a honest day’s work here. Sometimes the internet is slow but we manage. We just keep our heads down and get the retail tasks finished before the sun goes down. We've got about five or six people here most days. It’s just how we do things in Gurgaon.
