You can find us at House Number 2054 in Sector 46, Gurgaon. It’s more of a residential-looking area but we’ve got our car rental operation running out of here. We spend a lot of our time looking at keys and checking engines. The yard is usually full of vehicles coming and going at all hours. People need cars for all sorts of reasons, whether it’s for work or a trip out of town. We try to keep the paperwork simple because nobody likes standing around in the heat. The drivers we work with are good guys who know the roads well. Gurgaon traffic can be a nightmare, so they have to be patient. We spend a lot of time cleaning the interiors and making sure everything works like it should. It’s a lot of maintenance. Our office is small and usually has a few people sitting around waiting for their booking. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a calendar on the wall. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and we have to scramble to find a car. Other days it's more relaxed and we can sit and have a cup of chai. It’s a regular business run by regular people. We’ve been in Sec-46 for a while now and we know the shortcuts around here. We just do our thing every day. It works for us.
