Orix Auto Infrastructure Ltd

We are located over in Kalkaji at J-1325, on the first floor of the DDA Flats. It is a busy part of New Delhi, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading out to their jobs. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we get our work done. We handle things related to autos and infrastructure, mostly staying busy with paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. If you are coming from the main road, the DDA flats can look a bit similar, but we are easy enough to find once you get the hang of the block numbers. The first floor is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs. Sometimes the light in the hallway is a bit dim, but inside it is fine. Kalkaji has a lot of energy. There are plenty of small shops nearby where we grab tea or a quick snack during the break. We have a few desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that have been here since we started. It’s just a practical space for us. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. People mostly just drop by to drop off documents or chat about a project. It’s a bit dusty because of the Delhi traffic outside, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. That is pretty much how things go here at Orix Auto Infrastructure. We just show up and do what needs doing every day.
