Order Taker

Order Taker is what we call our little operation here. We are over in DLF Phase 3 in Gurgaon. The address is U-56/11. We are on the first floor. If you come up the stairs, you have to look for Room Number 19. It is not a very big room, but it fits us just fine. Gurgaon is always busy, especially in Phase 3. There is always someone moving around or a car honking outside. Our room is just one of many in this building. It gets a bit cramped when we have all the files out on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or at the computers. That is why we are called Order Taker. The first floor stays fairly cool in the summer compared to the top, which is nice. We have a small window that looks out, but there isn't much of a view. Mostly just the other buildings. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have fancy furniture or a big reception area. You just walk in and we are there. Sometimes the hallway is a bit dark because the bulb goes out, but we get it fixed eventually. We are just a small team trying to keep up with everything that comes in. Being in Room 19 means we are tucked away a bit. It’s just our daily routine here at the office.
