We are based at House Number 3651/24 in Street Number 4. This is in Shanti Mohalla, which is part of the Gandhi Nagar area in Delhi. Our office is actually a subsidiary of a company that is located over in the UK. It’s a bit of a funny contrast because Shanti Mohalla is a very traditional, busy Indian neighborhood, while the work we do is for people far away. Gandhi Nagar is famous for its textile markets, so the streets are always full of people carrying bundles of cloth. We are more into the info-tech side of things, so we spend our time on computers instead of dealing with fabric. The office space is quite small, just a few rooms in a regular house. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, but usually, we just go out to the street for some chai. The street number 4 is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely. The internet connection can be a bit temperamental sometimes, which is tricky for a tech company, but we manage to get by. It’s a very down-to-earth place to work. We don't use fancy titles or anything. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep things moving. It's a long way from the UK, but we stay connected.
