We are based out of Gurgaon and have been here for a while now. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad, although the traffic can be a real headache some mornings. Our office is just a regular space where we sit down and get through the work that needs doing. We handle various tasks throughout the day and try to keep things organized. It is not always quiet here because there is usually someone talking or a phone going off, but we are used to it by now. One Source India Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of people trying to do a decent job every day. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that, just desks, chairs, and computers. Usually, we grab lunch together or just order something in when it's too hot to go outside. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings popping up everywhere you look. It feels like the city never really stops moving. Sometimes we stay a bit late to finish up, and other times we head out early if the work is done. It’s a simple setup we have going here. We don’t really go for big speeches or complicated plans, we just show up and do what is on the schedule for that day. It works for us and keeps the lights on. We've got a small team and everyone knows each other well.
