We are located at B1A/64A in Ak Puri, right here in New Delhi. This place is basically a hub for us. It’s always full of papers, delivery schedules, and people coming in and out at odd hours. Logistics is a messy business, honestly. There is always a truck stuck somewhere or a package that hasn't arrived on time for some reason. We spend most of our day on the phone trying to track things down and talking to drivers. The office isn't much to look at. It's crowded with files and old computers that have seen better days. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the neighborhood knows us well. It gets very busy during the day with all the vehicles moving around the small streets. We don't try to pretend we are some high-tech firm. We are just a group of people making sure things get moved from point A to point B. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when there are big delays. We drink a lot of tea and just try to keep the operations running smoothly. New Delhi heat makes it tough in the warehouse during the summer, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have any fancy marketing people telling us what to say. What you see is what you get. Just a local office trying to keep deliveries moving every day.
