We are over at C 230 in Palam Vihar. Most people know the area pretty well. It's Gurgaon, so it gets busy. Our office, Nuance Bpo Matrix Pvt.Ltd., is just a regular spot where we come to work every morning. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Some days the traffic is a mess, but that’s just how it is around here. We have a small team. Everyone knows each other. We drink a lot of tea while we handle the daily tasks. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a practical space. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn't much to say about the building itself, it's just a standard place in a residential-commercial mix. You might miss the sign if you aren't looking for it. We handle a lot of calls and data stuff. It gets noisy when everyone is talking at once. We like being in this part of Gurgaon because it's easy for most of us to get to. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out. That's life in the city. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and people trying to get their work done before the sun goes down. It's a job. We show up, do what needs doing at C 230, and then head home. No big fuss about it. We’ve stayed here because it works for us and the commute isn't too bad for most of the staff.
