Nsic-Rcc Eco Build Systems Ltd operates out of Gf-14 in the Vipul Agora building. We are right on Mg Road, so the location is pretty central. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people walking past the glass every day. It’s a bright space, which is nice when the sun is out, though it can get a bit hot in the afternoons. We have a few rows of desks and some samples of building materials leaning against the walls. The office isn't very large, so we all end up knowing exactly what everyone else is working on. There isn't much privacy, but it makes it easy to ask a quick question. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most days, it’s just jeans and shirts. We spend our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. The Mg Road traffic is a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually have someone complaining about their commute every morning. We try to keep things simple and avoid the usual corporate fluff. It’s just a group of people trying to make sense of construction schedules and material costs. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get the next building project finished on time.
