Niit

The NIIT office we have is located at ECW-312 in DLF City Phase IV, Gurgaon. This is part of the R-P 2 section, and it is a very active area to be in. Since it is Gurgaon, there is always something going on outside, with people constantly moving between the different blocks of DLF. Our office space is in a multi-story building, and we have several rooms dedicated to the different things we do. It’s a mix of computer labs and small offices for the staff. The furniture is a bit older now, but it’s sturdy and works for what we need. We have a lot of people coming in and out throughout the day, so the floor gets a bit scuffed up. The air conditioning is the most important thing in the office because of the Gurgaon heat, and we make sure it’s running before the first person arrives. We have a small pantry where people keep their lunch boxes, and there’s always a bit of a queue for the microwave at 1:00 PM. The walls are mostly bare, except for some schedules and internal notices taped up near the entrance. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is just on the work at hand. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so some of us just take the stairs to stay active. It’s a typical, busy Gurgaon office where we just get on with things and try to stay productive until the evening.
