Niit Smart Serve

Our place is situated in Block-B, B-39 of Kaushik Enclave, which is over in the Burari area of Delhi. If you know Burari, you know the streets can get a bit tight and it’s a very busy neighborhood. We’ve set up our office here to handle the service work we do. It’s a plain building, nothing that stands out from the street, but inside we stay pretty busy. The 110084 pin code area is full of life, and you can always hear the motorbikes and vendors outside our windows. We do a lot of data work and customer support, so there are always headsets lying around and people talking at their desks. It’s the kind of place where we all know when the water delivery guy is coming or when it’s time for the afternoon tea break. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture because we’d rather just focus on getting the tasks done for the day. It’s a practical environment. The commute can be a bit of a pain for some of the staff depending on the traffic near the main enclave entrance, but we make it work. We just show up, do the shifts, and head home. It’s a straightforward operation and we don’t try to make it seem like anything more than what it is. It is just a local office in a crowded part of Delhi.
