Newbridge Business Centres Pvt. Ltd. is over in Dwarka Sector 28, specifically in Phase II of New Delhi. We manage this space for people who need a place to sit and work. It’s not a complicated setup. We have desks, chairs, and some rooms for meetings. Our day usually starts with checking if the lights are working and if the coffee machine is ready for the people coming in. The area in Dwarka is still growing, so it’s interesting to see new buildings popping up around us. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of rules. We just want the space to be functional. If a lightbulb flickers, we change it. If the internet is slow, we call the provider. We spend a lot of time talking to the different people who rent the desks here. It’s a mix of different jobs and personalities. We keep things pretty relaxed. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just provide the room and the utilities so others can do their own business. It gets a bit busy around lunch when everyone leaves at once, but otherwise, it’s a steady place to spend the day. We’ve been here at 110077 for a while now and we know the local shops pretty well by this point. The security guards at the gate are friendly and the commute isn't too bad for most folks who work here.
