New Era Control Devices Pvt. Ltd.

We've been operating out of unit 36 in Sector-18 of the Huda Industrial Estate for a good number of years now. It is a bit of a gritty area, surrounded by other workshops and factories, but it suits what we do just fine. Here at New Era Control Devices, we spend most of our time dealing with all sorts of control gadgets and parts. The office isn't much to look at, mostly just some old desks and a lot of shelves overflowing with components we've collected over time. It gets quite dusty because of all the construction and trucks moving through the estate, so we are always wiping down our benches. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, put the kettle on, and start going through the technical drawings for whatever project is on the table. It’s usually a small group of us, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to soldering a connection. We don't have a fancy showroom or a polished sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or found us because they needed a specific part fixed. The summers here can be brutal, and the fans in the workshop don't do much against the heat, but we just keep at it. Sometimes a job is more complicated than we thought, and we stay late with the lights on, trying to figure out a glitch in a device. It's a regular, hardworking life.
