M/S Palms A Residential Site Of Unitech

This is M/S Palms, which is a residential site part of Unitech. We are based out of Janak Puri, specifically in Block C-5A, at number 44. New Delhi is a huge place, but Janak Puri has its own character, and that is where we do our thing. We deal with the residential side of things here. It isn't a flashy office; it's more of a functional space for managing the site. We spend a lot of time dealing with the usual day-to-day stuff that comes with living spaces. Since we are in 110058, we are right in the mix of things. It can get pretty noisy outside, but that’s Delhi for you. We don't have a massive team, just enough people to keep things ticking over. Our address is easy enough to find if you know the block system here. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Some days are busier than others depending on what needs fixing or looking after at the site. We don't go around shouting about what we do. We just stay at our desks and handle the paperwork or the site issues as they come. It’s a practical way to work. People who live nearby or are involved with the site know us. We aren't looking for fame, just trying to keep the site running as it should. There is always something to do.
