Our office is tucked away in Bamnoli, over in Dwarka Sector 28, Phase 2. It’s a big building where a lot of us spend our nine-to-five. Working at Motorola India means coming into this part of New Delhi every morning, dealing with the commute, and finding a spot in the lot. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and people talking about mobile tech. We don't have fancy waterfalls in the lobby or anything like that, just a functional space where the work gets done. Some of the guys have been here for years, while others are just starting out. We have a small canteen where we grab tea and talk about the weekend. The windows look out over the developing parts of Dwarka, and you can see the planes taking off sometimes since the airport isn't too far. It gets quite busy during the middle of the day with deliveries coming in and people heading out for lunch. We handle a lot of the technical side of things here for the Indian market. It isn’t always glamorous, and the air conditioning sometimes struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we keep things moving. We just focus on the hardware and making sure the software side is sorted. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind the traffic getting into Sector 28. We’re just a regular group of people trying to keep the business running smoothly from this corner of Delhi.
