M.K Hotel Amritsar

This is where we operate from, even though the name mentions Amritsar. We are actually located at House Number 869 in Sector 5 of Gurgaon. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs you find elsewhere in Haryana. People often ask why we are based in a house, but it works for us. It’s where the administrative side of M.K Hotel happens. We manage the bookings and talk to guests from this little spot. The neighborhood is okay, there are some nice trees on the street and it's easy to find once you get into the right lane of Sector 5. We’ve been here for a bit now. Inside, it's just a normal setup. We have a couple of computers and a landline that rings more than you’d think. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage to get the work done anyway. It’s not a big corporate building with a glass front. It feels more like a home office because that’s basically what it is. We handle the bills and the scheduling here. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello or ask about something. It feels very local. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just focus on keeping the hotel details organized. It’s a simple life in Gurgaon for us. We drink a lot of chai while sorting out the room availability and paperwork.
