Our place is located at 88-C, Pocket -1 in Mayur Vihar Phase -1. Being in this part of Delhi means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential blocks. It’s a bit of a maze to find the right pocket if you aren't from around here. We deal with shipping and logistics, so there is a lot of tracking containers and talking to ports. The office is usually cluttered with printouts and maps. We have a few desks and a very old sofa in the corner for visitors. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails to see where ships are located. It can get pretty stressful when there’s a delay, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We aren't a huge operation here, just a dedicated team that knows the shipping business inside and out. The local market is just a short walk away, so that’s where we go for lunch or to get some fresh air. The building itself is nothing special, just a standard Delhi structure. We’ve had the same neighbors for ages. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out or work from our phones. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just make sure the cargo gets where it needs to go and the paperwork is sorted out for the day.
