Mismo Restaurant

Mismo Restaurant is located at Rz-21A in Mahindra Park. We are right on Pankha Road in Uttam Nagar, which is a part of New Delhi that never seems to stop moving. Our place is pretty small, just a few tables and a kitchen where we spend most of our lives. We started this restaurant because we wanted to work for ourselves in our own neighborhood. The address is 110059 and it’s a very busy spot with a lot of foot traffic. We spend our mornings going to the market to get what we need for the day and then we spend the rest of the time cooking and cleaning. It’s a lot of manual work and the kitchen gets incredibly hot, especially during the summer months. We don't have any fancy decorations or a professional design. It’s just a place where you can sit down and eat something simple. Sometimes we have to fix the chairs or paint the walls ourselves when they start looking a bit worn out. The street noise from Pankha Road is always there in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. It’s just a regular local eatery trying to make its way. We don't have any big plans, we just try to keep the kitchen running and the customers fed.
