We operate out of Plot 93A in Sector-5 of the IMT Manesar area. If you’ve been out this way, you know it’s a big industrial zone with lots of factories and warehouses. Our facility is dedicated to the hatchery side of things, so there is a lot of specific equipment involved. It’s not a quiet place at all. There is the constant hum of the incubators and the fans that keep the air moving through the rooms. We have to be very careful about the temperature and the environment inside, so someone is always checking the gauges and making small adjustments. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking on the eggs throughout the day and night. We don't have a fancy reception area because most of our visitors are truck drivers or suppliers who just need to get to the loading dock. The floors are concrete and we wear boots most of the day for safety. It’s a bit out of the way from the city center, which actually suits the type of work we do. In the mornings, the air is usually a bit cooler, but once the sun hits the metal roof, it gets pretty warm inside. We have a small room where we take our lunch and talk about how the batches are looking. It's the kind of job where you don't mind getting your hands dirty. We just focus on keeping the cycles running and making sure everything is handled correctly.
