Our location is right at the 5 K.M stone along the Delhi-Meerut Highway in Ghaziabad. Being situated inside a technical institute campus like RKGIT is quite practical for the kind of road system work we do. The highway outside is one of the busiest roads in the region, so we are always reminded of why good road systems matter. We don't have a fancy, high-rise office in a business park. Instead, we work from this spot in Uttar Pradesh where we can stay focused on our projects. The traffic on the Delhi-Meerut Highway can be pretty intense, so it sometimes takes a while to get in and out of the institute, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our office at D-215 is where all the planning happens. It’s a functional space with desks and computers, nothing more. We aren't trying to impress anyone with corporate talk; we just do our jobs and try to do them right. Our team is small and we’ve been working together for a while now. We deal with the heat in the summer and the dust from the highway, but that’s just how it is here. It’s a no-nonsense environment, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the road systems we are responsible for.
