Concrete Mixing isn't a place where you'd want to wear your best clothes. We have the trucks coming in and out, and the sound of the mixers is basically the background noise of our lives. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the ratios are right. The yard is usually full of materials, and there’s always a bit of a mess to clear up. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us in our work boots and gear. When the sun is beating down on Arjun Nagar, the work feels a lot harder, but we just keep the machines running. We spend a lot of time checking the schedules to see which site needs a delivery next.
